The Standards Committee is established by the bylaws as a standing, permanent committee of cross functional, global experts in privacy design.
The Standards Committee
Creates and maintains the Privacy Design standards by which organizations, products, services and/or business processes may be certified. Members of the Standards Committee, may be nominated by the Board of Directors, Advisors, or by Individual Ambassadors. Self-nominations to the committee are also accepted.
