Edwin is the Senior Privacy Analyst at Valley Bank where he serves as the bank’s subject matter expert on privacy-related programs and initiatives using his background in information technology (IT) and security. This includes participating in architecture review boards and other ad hoc design discussions to ensure privacy by design measures are kept afront, monitoring current and proposed laws and regulations for recommendations to policy development, and managing privacy impact assessments. Prior to Valley, Edwin worked in an advisory capacity assessing IT general and application controls, conducting penetration tests, and performing gap analyses with privacy-focused regulations for client firms.
