Working currently as a Senior Specialist for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) division at the City of Toronto, Anindita’s journey into privacy and cybersecurity has been shaped by a strong commitment to drive responsible data management fueled by a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape. To date she actively seeks out opportunities and activities to stay informed of emerging trends and practices related to information privacy and cybersecurity to retain a sense of creativity as well as thoughtfulness when approaching tasks or scenarios. During her spare time, she co-chairs the IAPP Toronto KnowledgeNet Chapter and contributes to NIST’s Privacy Workforce Public Working Group.
