The Institute of Operational Privacy Design, Inc. (IOPD) is organized as a non-profit Florida (USA) corporation. Directors are unpaid and serve to advance the mission of the Institute as well as ensure its operation.

The Institute of Operational Privacy Design is currently seeking members with financial skills to fill the Treasurer position on the IOPD Board of Directors. Applicants must be a current, paid member in good standing (individual or corporate ambassador) to be accepted. Appointments may be renewed.
The Board of Directors has primary responsibility for the management and operations of the IOPD. The Board has bi-weekly informal meetings and quarterly formal meetings. Volunteers are asked to commit ~10 hours per month.
